The system had major failure yesterday, however although the site is showing in transit, its not showing progress of the parcel journeys so users have no idea if their parcel has arrived or not. So it has the appearance of working ... when it perhaps isn't. I called Aust Post their recorded message just says parcel congestion in Brisbane, but that seems a little odd because that was when the tracking system completely failed to work at all.

Every tracking number I enter is "pending". They're my own, sent, tracking numbers which I know are in the system and have been tracking OK.

Australia Post cannot accept any parcels to be sent internationally. They are sending people home with their parcels even though they know the cost - putting the burden on the clients to come back another day. It's an error on AustPost's system and they should be accepting payment and then fixing it up and manually by entering all parcels into the system when it is back up online - not making us all drive back another day and wait in line again. This is not good enough - particularly before the Christmas period. And Arrgh I can't even post this on their website meant for comments!!!!!!

1. Express Mailed a package, in California, on January/04/2023; 2. Both USPS and AusPost Tracking reported it had cleared US Customs and was awaiting shipping from LAX on Jan.06/23; 3. USPS reported the Package departed LAX for AUS on January 07 2023; 4. No further updates until USPS reported the package had departed BNE (Airport - for Local, Brisbane, delivery) on 01/21/23; 5. As of today: January 23 2023, AusPost "tracking" has not updated since January 6 and still reports that the package awaits Departure from LAX -- and; 6. Now AusPost Tracking is down. Save us! SUMMARY: "Express Mail Service;" AUD$160.00 (equivalent) postage; almost 20 days (thus far) en-route (17 of them ex-USA and headed toward and/or in the possession of AusPost. (Though that fact AusPost has neither acknowledged nor reported) I'll be back.

Can't log into MyPost Business. So many times you see an error message implying a temporary issue but takes an unknown drawn-out time to rectify without any honest updates to inform users of the real problems and real outage time frames. So many times they implement change and never ensure it works first with real businesses. I don't think anyone in Australia Post management has ever run a business using their interfaces. Most appalling company I've had to deal with over two decades of total dysfunction and systemic over-charging.

DHL says parcel is on its way, loaded onto aircraft in FRA on 28 Dec, but Auspost tracking says it’s in Luton, as of 22 Dec 2022, with no further updates. Clearly not working properly at Auspost end, which is the local partner carrier.

Worst app ever, sitting here looking at delivered packages that say "in transit" or "tracking provided".... then others have been in Brisbane sorting for 8 days to get to Tweed some (x2) have even travelled Sydney - Brisbane - Sydney - Brisbane. Australia Post Shop online has been down for several hours. Lots of new products on sale today. This happens every year at this time. Nothing seems to have been done to fix this ongoing issue. Solution would be to not release all the collectable products at the same time. Find a better way for your customers to access your products! Treat customers with more respect!
