@DouglasLwangaUg BOQ -site clearance and removal of all debris. That site will allow trucks and other plant equipment to manoeuvre freely with no obstruction

???????Hi Stuart. BOQ internet and mobile banking will be offline for maintenance from 12:00am to 4:00am AEST Saturday 7 December and 10:00pm Saturday 7 December to 9:30am AEST Sunday 8 December. For updates check the BOQ website > Help & Support > System Status.

They claimed to have "resolved" the issue but I still can't use my bank card, even when there is ABSOLUTELY money in my account. I tweeted them and they said to call, so I did. They then said they aren't accepting calls, whatever. I tweeted them again, they said call again. I did, same thing. Literally cannot access my bank account. Can't contact them. I'm so over this. Will be switching banks the first chance I get. I can't even Uber home because I CANT ACCESS MY MONEY. And no, it's not resolved.

Thanks BOQ another great update to your already $hitty APP. Now I have to wait until it is fixed whenever that will be. I need to restart my phone also just to have the APP refresh only to do it again and again. Who do you pay to design your app and claim to make it better? LOL I would be taking them to court and requesting a refund. Now I am unable to do anything that I need to until the bozos who are probably calling themselves IT Specialists, fix it. I will be changing to another bank now, I have had enough.

Interest earned for August for Smart Saver account has not been paid. Branches have no idea and phoning support line is a waste of time unless you have hours to spend listening to annoying music and messages. And the “Chat to us” service is hopeless. Problems with this bank seem to be getting worse. Very unreliable. Appalling bank.

After the crap they pulled from 9pm wed til late yesterday Arvo they say site apparently up n running after system breakdown but that is absolutely dam not true because of system was 💯 up n running 1 customers would have their money that was transferred after 9pm by now and 2 why the hell they need site maintenance again after being out for almost 24hrs this is reduculoue, site maintenance after major issues they hs, cause of them I'm on street kicked out of dv place as rent was due 9 Thurs and couldn't pay it cause of the. N still issues not fixed
