I got someone in my family to send me an email to my bigpond email and I sent an email to them and it is working fine after the outage so I can send and receive emails via webmail and through Outlook.

@Telstra 5 days this has been not working. Again I get your useless message I cannot call - bigpond faults only works in business hours USELESS We have identified an issue with your internet service, so your Telstra Smart Modem has switched to our 4G mobile network to help keep you 1/2
