@jackburton069 That's why the stats are so interesting . Look at the rates for CO, AL, MN, and IA, states worh ~ 5 mil population (IA especially is near WI binge-drinking levels). Either Wisconsin has magic soil, or else there's a reporting issue.

@vxmpmimi no but seriously 30-45 min of exercise daily and a cal limit of 1200-1500 cals did it for me. anything lower than 1k cals and i was basically setting myself up to binge. intermittent fasting also helps, i cant do super long fasts personally bc i try to be aware of binge urges
