regarding the ongoing issue with your identity verification process. For the past 1.5 weeks, I have been repeatedly asked to upload my driver’s license for verification when out of no where the account was locked without any pre warning or whatsoever. Despite following the instructions each time, the system continues to show an error stating “something went wrong,” forcing me to re-upload again and again.
