@Internode I was getting a 403 error when trying to log in. Has the issue been resolved

@Internode Your service is becoming less reliable. My banking details need to be upgraded. Can't log in to myinternode and am getting a 403 error notification. Year just log in and everything can be fixed. yeah nah. I am still waiting on the phone; someone pick up my call!!!!!

@Internode I intend to report you to the Ombudsman if you this is not resolved this week. It's been going on since May and the only thing you can do efficiently is invoice me.

@Internode you are a disgrace. I have spent 4 months and still not working reference number 475134445 and the staff are liars and your service does not work.

There is fibre optic cable damage outside the Adelaide railway station caused by a damaged conduit from what is on their site. Repairs did not go as planned, I'm guessing it's in the hands of the day shift crew but I suspect they won't work on it today due to the heat. So i'd say more likely tonight 12/1 we might see some internet, maybe, if not Saturday morning.

Still no access to email, 504 gateway error. This line at the TMC login page show what a lie the whole scam or outsourcing email is. "If you have not yet opted in, please be aware that Internode will stop providing email services in late 2023. You must opt in if you would like to continue using your email address." They admit Internode will stop email yet blame Internode for our access issues

Back to utter rubbish email service now in Sydney North . I can barely send an email and it will not save. It just sits there trying to save. Had enough. This nonsense has been going on for a week. YES will log a complaint with the TIO in your state (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) using my gmail account. What a JOKE Internode has become. REALLY SAD.

Same issue here with my email. Can i suggest everyone log a complaint with the TIO in your state (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) This cost internode money everytime a complaint is received and if they do not respond it cost more and more each time they fail to resolve the issue and the complaint escalates. Once there is enough evidence the TIO issues a systemic issue notice to Internode requiring internode to formally respond why they are having so many complaints about the same issue. $$$$ is the only thing that they will take notice of as it can get very expensive for them very quickly for a single complaint let alone multiples (or hundreds or thousands). You might need to raise a complaint with Internode first and get a reference number.

Just talked to Internode tech support. Very surprised they answered the phone. The computer answering service said they have a problem with email right now (4.30pm Adelaide time 5th Dec 2023). The tech support guy said I need to wait 90 minutes at least and yes, my email log ins got suspended as well as the email servers not working.

Pathetic Internode. Email has now been out for over a week. This is a total failure of management and support. I will be doing everything I can to ensure everyone I knows never deals with Internode, iiNet, TGP or The Messaging Company

Contacted the TCO last Friday , who called me back an hour later saying they had contacted Internode , who stated "will get back to me by Dec 5th." Should that not occur and/or my emails and webmail aren't restored properly, I'll be calling Consumer Affairs as well as sound out other ISP's. Any recommendations?

I concur - My Email also has become totally useless and virtually unusable.

I switched from Internode to Launtel a while ago, couldn't be happier. Local ISP in Tasmania.

Recommendation: File a complaint with ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) then Internode and message co will then give a stuff. I have now filled mine, but it will add more weight if others do the same so that ACCC can apply some pressure and get results. The ACCC form is super simple and much quicker than the 2 hours I spent waiting on the phone and trying to communicate in vain with Internode and message co. I just need access to my internode email address long enough to be able to receive confirmation emails change all my accounts to a new email address I have created with a reliable provider.

Internode said the problem with email had been fixed. For a BRIEF period early this morning it worked, and I was able to finally download old messages and reply. It has now failed again.

Totally agree. Internode has been good till the last few weeks. I have found i can download some emails at like 5.30 in the morning. Even then it is intermittent. I t I think their email is now worse than useless. The only help advice i received when i rang them was it should be working by today (1st Dec). Its not. I am looking to move on after 15 years with them. Email these days is pretty well an essential service and needs to be reliable

Like you I see no future with Internode or The Messaging company. The whole email debacle is a sign of either incompetence or negligence. It is obvious the so called management have no thought of customers and are planning a future without customers

I have been vary faithful to Internode for probably 2 decades. Service was good and support was both local and excellent. The debacle of this last week is the final straw - I have had no e-mails into my Inbox since mid-Monday. Appalling communication and in particular, zero indication of when this problem might be resolved. If I could give Internode a zero-star rating I would and I am moving my e-mail to another provider - not that Internode or The Messaging Company give a stuff.

30th Nov Internode broadband completely down for me, following intermittent service yesterday

Given email (web mail) is still failing I think Consumer Affairs will be a good start. Then I am looking at a complaint to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. So far all the contact with Internode I have had has been a waste of time. The technicians are working on it is all they say.

So true here in Brisbane as well, their phone help lines are not working either. They should give us all a refund they are unless.

What happened? The email service has gone downhill since the weekend here in Adelaide. No new emails since 7 a.m. Monday, and I'm heading overseas on Friday. I am waiting on important emails. This is really concerning. Can't even log in using webmail because it keeps timing out and then I get the Bad Gateway error message.

Our whole extended family and I have been with them forever. They've become second rate, no third rate. Use to be top of the charts every year. Been heading downhill since Simon sold it. Hard to find another that hasn't been swallowed up by the giant octopus of TPG

I fully support Fred and 100% agree. The decision to outsource the email the service has become rubbish decision. Internode email used to be rock solid but probably now the worst ISP's in Australia. My Email has been totally useless for 5 days and virtually unusable. My critical email arrives 12 -18 hours later and definitely unreliable. I cant verify critical bank accounts when an email arrives 10 hours later. We have been sold a pup since the announcement of handing customer data to The messaging Company. Common error message is "DNS address could not be found". I get this 4 times a day. At present I have no faith in the Messaging Company. It will take me over 5 days to re-establish a new email and swap over all service utility and banking providers to a new email address. Absolutely a huge waste of my precious time. Missing important emails and all they can say is they are working on it. Not happy. Has got progressively worse since the notification they were ceasing offering email.

same problems in Adelaide. Been happening since Saturday. No explanation on their web site. If this is 'the new internode' then I will be looking at Telstra. I have started looking at plans mainly because Vodaphone has such awful coverage but now I am worried that Internode's new owner cannot manage their new, inherited customers. Hard to run a business with no email and a complete lack of communication from the provider.

email in North Brisbane area is terrible, virtually unusable, my wife missed a critical medical email, it just wasn't delivered. I have been with Internode for over twenty years but if the email transition continues like this I will take my internet business elsewhere - very disappointed.

Disgusted with email from internode, can't receive or send. Fix it now . Ending email services palming us off onto Messaging Co. Which eventually will visit us and nbn raising prices, I bet Internode increase our charges accordingly but still have to pay Messaging Co. Overall will cost us. Leon

No email for over 24 hrs. Says I am over quota, but have deleted over 1500 emails and migrated another 1000 to gmail, but still no resolution. Unable to emty Trash to make even more space.

Bonython ACT. I've been receiving "DNS address could not be found" messages every day. I can connect to most websites, but it takes a while and maybe several attempts (via PC and phone apps). Usually, download speed is good once a web address is connected, but speed tests indicate that upload speed is almost zero at times.

Customer support has really bottomed. Callback service disconnected, then after another call went to static after 15 minutes and after third call to support they told me there was system wide email outage. After asking why it wasn’t on their outages page they said it had only occurred at 7.00am. I said that was 12 hours ago! Their support used to be Aus based but I suspect it has been offshored. Email still out after 24 hours.

Drop outs every couple of minutes in Williamstown North, particularly after tea time and heavy rain events last week.

Constant drop outs here in Newcastle NSW tonight. Internode customer support closed, apparently no issues reported at Internode or NBN.
