iPrimus offers internet, tv and phone service, both through landline and mobile connections. When iPrimus is down, mobile or fixed internet may not be working, there is a phone outage, or users are getting no TV signal.

Iprimus sux, down for 8-10 hrs 2 days ago , been out for 6hrs so far today. This is a common theme for this provider. I've personally logged at least 20 complaints over the last 2 yrs. Result= getting worse

Have not been contactable via home phone or internet for 24 hours. My parents who are 86 don’t use mobile phones and ring landline . They are becoming Frantic I will blame / sue iprimus if they end up with a heart attack due to being stressed note at no time were we notified system down

Very slow speeds since yesterday. Latest OOKLA speed (Result # 14720741001) show a download speed of 6.57 (Normally 40+) and upload speed of 0.62 (normally 11+). Are there any works going in that will affect my service in Point Cook ???

No internet again. Happening a lot lately. I don't even bother calling technicians anymore. Have had 5 out already. Called to resolve the issue 20+ times. Nothing will be fixed. 12 years and it is only getting worse.
