Today, I tried to log in to check with the ATO for PAYG, and it would just spin around. I tried multiple web browsers and various OS. It seems to be a login issue, as on my phone, since I had a session token already, so I logged in and was able to get right through. Not so lucky for Mum, so I will keep on checking for her daily until we can get in.

I found a work around to this issue. I really needed access a few things urgently but I was unable to login since the last 2 days. Even a call to the helpdesk did not make a difference. So, I just 'closed' MyGov account (as in deleted the account) and then created a new MyGov account. I had to link everything back. Since I had all the details with me - it did not take more that 15 minutes. But it worked for me. I could login and access my docs that I needed.

I've actually just logged back into mygov and when i ticked the box stating that i agreed to the terms of service, it worked and I was able to get past that page :)

@myGovau have just spent the past 90min trying to provide ID & login to MyGov. The system is terrible. How the elderly or anyone with issues could cope with your "new" system is concerning. Do much better. If digital ID is coming, this experience suggests you're a long way off.

@myGovau Hey, about 3 weeks ago I had an issue reporting to Centrelink and was told to call. It was Friday night before a long weekend. I received an urgent payment to get by, but the next day I was able to report so the urgent payment went to waste. Can I please get it back?

@myGovau I was getting a certificate error on the site which was odd as it said it was valid. Issues seem to have been resolved. Tried many paths to site including from Services Australia to make sure I was seeing the correct site.

Access to concessions is at the discretion of your provider, and to be able to access concessions for your partner, you'll generally need to present the concession card displaying their details yourself.

@myGovau hey, I got a fatal security error on mygov sign via phone. Managed to get in on PC, tried reporting fatal error to your chatbot, it was clueless. Rang yr help desk, said theyd connect me to report issue, to a disconnected number. I rang ASD, they want an email. WTF!

Hey guys, I've found this solution - I couldn't open to mygov's login page with NBN connection, always stuck at 'auth-callback', tried diff browsers incognito etc. The solution is to connect my phone's hotspot which uses Vodafone's network

unable to log into MyGov. Not receiving SMS verification code. I'm with Vodafone. Last time I was able to log in & receive SMS code was 10 days ago & I haven't been able to successfully log in for about a week now after trying again & again on many different days.

Logged into MyGov yesterday, no problems. Tried today and was told I was PERMANENTLY locked out. This only happens if you attempt to log in incorrectly 9 times. I had not even made 1 attempt. So, either someone has tried to hack my account (highly doubt it as there were no other hacking reports) or there's a system problem with MyGov. According to articles online, this exact same thing happened about 8 years ago. So I spent 4 hours today trying to sort it out. The MyGov 'Help Desk' is actually Services Australia. They can only help you troubleshoot, they don't actually have any access to MyGov itself. Ludicrous! I'm still having a headache creating a new account and reconnecting all the services. So angry! Such a bad system.
