NAB is a bank that offers payment accounts, savings accounts and payment cards. When NAB is down, login for mobile banking or internet banking may not be working, the reported account balance may be incorrect, transactions are missing or consumers can't make payments in stores or online.

It's an internal NAB systems issue from what I have read. Some NAB ID's have been blocked (due to what awol subsystem), mine included. That has booted people out of internet banking etc. Apparently they are working on fixing it. No eta on time though.

I can't even log in n my app or by a browser and I am the only person I know of so far as I've asked other nab customers and they logging in fine. I have uninstall the app reinstalled the app turned the phone off and on I even cleaned the junks files to the app

Yes, same here, can't access any account transaction lists, can still pay bills and see accounts summary but as soon as I click into the account it goes into error - "We've had a problem loading your transactions. Refresh the page or try again later". I've tried 3 different browsers, several restarts and nothing makes a difference, same error message each time. Can still see transaction lists in app however this is not ideal.

NAB has log in problems this morning. Then when you do get in, all my accounts' transactions are mixed up! Spent an hour trying to phone in the problem. First person I get hangs up as soon as I tell him. Second person who answers actually acknowledges there is a technical problem - but has no idea what it is, or the timeframe is for fixing. Oh an' d surprise, surprise, 'you can still use the app' - Support for browser access not being pushed obviously...

That is very strange Madelaine, peculiar in fact! NAB I find are still offering traditional banking services, I have been with them for ages and had no problems, they are good also for loans and so forth. Just saying.

Thats not even to mention that half of the “allowed employee area” is on the roof so it’s unusable half the time so there’s one floor to park without a ticket but customers are *encouraged* to nab our spots for their convenience and you get ticketed for parking on the street too

Just had someone from NAB confirm it's a nationwide outage affecting internal and external system. So, even calling them is largely useless as they can't get into your accounts either. Why TF have they not already put up a redirection or notification on their website or on their automatic call rooting system? Feckin eejits!
