The visual speed in which it loads website pics is about the speed of the old days Dialup 25kbps, or it doesn't let you into the site altogether.

Major drop outs of NBN in Sunnybank Today 2/2/26 4109 QLD. Over past week intermittent regular drop outs of NBN, but my Telco, Tangerine, can’t seem to tell me anything. I reported 3 times 27/2, 29/2 & today. They just directed me to the nbn website, which said degradation for my address & a date for resolution. No forewarning, investigation, information, advice whatsoever from Tangerine for more than a week, even after my detailed service issue reports. Today the nbn website had emergency outage and completely down.

We are lucky in Brunswick East Victoria, Telsta supplied FTTP NBN is always great. I have the 50 Mbps download 18 Mbps upload plan that pings around 4 ms. My Telstra 5G in the same area is 234.76 Mbps download 26.19 Mbps upload pinging at 11 ms, the mobile test was done through Ookla speed test on Telstra 5G on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 the NBN test was on the same device, connected to wi-fi. I hope you all have 4K speeds and no latency gaming sessions 😊

Hawkesbury 2753, 2756, 2754, 2756, 2758 Last 24 hours Internet has been dropping out intermittently every 30mins or so, & stating router has no ip from today onwards, WiFi connection indicator on your phone or other, appear to look fine when quick viewing the indicator on your devices, but there's No internet connection whatsoever, you have to disconnect & reconnect, then seems to last around 30 mins or less, then again, no internet, but device's WiFi indicators appear that you are online. All Printers on the local WifI appear to be visible & basic ink level status show up fine, but when you go to print, it takes a loooong time then the WiFi drops out discretely for that printer, & then there's no internet at all & When printers are WiFi connected to the router appearing as per normal, none will print & all showing offline only when viewing them from a local network device, printer consoles show they are online & connected. Still none of the pages load.

On August 16 th 2025 , an NBN employee cut our phone line cables for inside 2 rooms in our home ,without approval and since then we have been having trouble with NBN and Optus coming to fix the problem which still exists on the 9 th March 2025 .All we wanted Optus and NBN to fix was our internet from dropping out numerous times a day and this is the result , our internet to a degree works but the 2 wall sockets in our home are dead.The NBN employee said he didn't touch our phone line , liar.Our cctv shows him disconnecting it ..
