@netatmo The most suitable solution is you send us a new unit to replace the faulty product. We have invested hundreds of pounds in a ‘smart’ system which isn’t working.

@NetatmoSupport hello, since a firmware update mid-Nov, my Netatmo Indoor camera gives an “incorrect power adaptor” error and is offline. The power adapter is fine (have tested it) and has been working fine with the camera for ages. What’s happened?

@netatmo Well, I beg to differ. I spent two winters now where an internet outage appeared. One lasting a week. My thermostat was in “away mode”. And I couldn’t change that. Because it needed to be disabled trough your servers via internet. Netatmo is out.

@NetatmoSupport Is there a status page that tells what services are working and not working? Both the Security and Weather app aren't working for me, again, but it's not my network or connection. Everything works in my home except Netatmo products.

Is anyone else having problems with the Netatmo smart thermostat on the app, is has been intermittent for the last couple of days but now it just says Relay is unreachable, live in Bristol area which seems a hot-spot on down detectors website
