@UberEats I keep receiving a notification for $25 off, I select a restaurant from the included in promo list but once I reach check out, I receive an error message that promo will not be applied. No further explanation.

I have provided the evidence of received items and replaced items. But, I have picked an option to don't replace, refund item. UberEats are just not reviewing anything and copying and pasting the template. Looks like UberEats customer service has started to scam people.

@CorleoneDon77 While BTIG sees growth, the valuation here is eye-watering. Great product, stellar growth, but paying 20x sales for a company that just crashed 8.5M systems? The UberEats voucher response was peak Silicon Valley. Markets forgive but fundamentals matter more than hype.

Very slow and poor service from @JustEatUK only received 5/15 items ordered and yet it says delivered! 2nd Rider clearly has taken my other items! At least @UberEats respond fairly soon and refund with such issues!

@UberEats Why are multiple drivers in a row allowed to cancel their delivery after accepting my order? Thankfully, the restaurant themselves called me about an issue with my order, that none of the drivers attempted to communicate. Y'all's chatbot customer service is bad.

@UberEats customer service didn't want to accept the technical glitch and refused to refund me. I would appreciate a refund. I ordered from the first restaurant that showed up, but unfortunately, it was in NY.
