You do realise starlink in Australia still has to go via Australian ground stations? thus it will still have the same problem since it's routed via Australia and thus the same cables.

Odds are youtube is slowing everyone down, but there are reports of Australia to Singapore underwater lines being damaged. I'm starting to think I need to buy StarLink, Australian internet is turning into a Bait and Trap soon.

Its only videos that arnt cached in australian google servers so try watch a video from aussie creator and see it will be fine. The undersea cable damage is the cause of the issue making international connections unstable to me as well. Full crisp 4k with aussie youtuber and it worked fine.

Might be the current undersea cable damages thats causing the issues. Some videos load perfect since they are loaded from australia so any aussie creators you wont see the issue but overseas.

It's back here in Newcastle. Homepage and all on PC but only the homepage, and if I scroll fast, the library and subscriptions are on my TV.

You can watch videos now, but you can't tap one, and see what the next video is in line, if you get what I mean. And shorts isn't working properly yet.

This is the Australia tab (shows on the top right of this website, I'm on desktop). If you scroll down far enough, then there's a small box with all of the other countries' tab. But yeah, your first sentence is still true regardless.
