It's back here in Newcastle. Homepage and all on PC but only the homepage, and if I scroll fast, the library and subscriptions are on my TV.

You can watch videos now, but you can't tap one, and see what the next video is in line, if you get what I mean. And shorts isn't working properly yet.

It seems to be a problem with the youtube algorithm possibly being down, everything else is loading fine for me, but the homepage and any attempt for it to fetch videos is not working

This is the Australia tab (shows on the top right of this website, I'm on desktop). If you scroll down far enough, then there's a small box with all of the other countries' tab. But yeah, your first sentence is still true regardless.

EVERYONE I FOUND A WAY TO FIX IT hold cntrl shift windows and b for 10 seconds if youre on windows pc, it reloads all the sites data tho youll have to sign in again
