@UberEats are crooks! I placed an order for a different state I recently visited and cancelled it within 30 seconds. They refuse to issue a refund. Never using their terrible app again. Customer service is 0/100.

@UberEats my lunch order was delivered incorrectly and 1). It's saying that "The Refund Wasn't Applicable", 2). I don't have a number to contact you guys, & 3). It's saying that the issue is "resolved" which it isn't.
@UberEats Please stop sending reservations where I drive further than I am paid or am paid by the mile. I PAY FOR MY GAS AND MAINTENANCE AT THE END OF THE DAY! If you want me to drive 50 miles for a shop-delivery, YOU NEED TO PAY ME $100 OR MORE
@FlyingDropBear @UberEats Yeah, they don't talk to customers. You've gotta verify what store you are to talk to them. It's stupid, deflecting blame. They just ignore what you say generally anyway.
I spent over 100 PLN on the order. It's also absurd that there’s no customer service hotline to contact, only forms through a chatbot that don’t even allow you to properly describe the issue. @UberEats I am awaiting an urgent response regarding this matter. 7/7
Hey @UberEats , get your act together when customers have complaints. I had a bad experience with one of your reps, and not only did they give me my refund back incorrectly, your customer service reps tried closing the issue without addressing the bad service!
@Uber_Support @UberEats I received no message, no call, no update — just silence. I was waiting, checking the app repeatedly, only to find it marked as “Completed” when nothing was delivered.This wasn’t just an error; it felt like complete negligence.
