@AmazonHelp It's been almost a full month,I have ordered a laptop from Amazon but it wasn't working properly, so I issued a replacement. Someone even came to inspect it and acknowledged the issue, but as of today, no one has come to pick up the laptop.Tired of connecting support

This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I request Amazon to take this issue seriously, improve seller quality checks and customer service, and initiate my refund immediately.

Neither did I have a chance to connect to the delivery executive because that option is not there on amazon. There is no customer support for such issues. I wonder if they even had the item or they were just giving random updates about some fictitious items.

@MultiplMovement It’s been over 2 weeks and my refund still hasn’t been processed. I paid ₹1750 while investing and another ₹2100 while redeeming my Amazon voucher through the app, but I haven’t received any refund yet. This delay is unacceptable. @customer_support
