Okay, so, this morning, and last night, my Instagram story on a few of my accounts is acting weird. So, it will allow me to upload photos that are taken directly with the camera that is built into the story, but, if I try and put something that's already in my camera roll onto my story, the app legit won't let me add text or anything over top of the photo I'm trying to add, and won't let me upload it. When I go out to try and do a different photo, ALL of the photos have been replaced with this black loading image thingy over top of ALL of them, and I have to restart the entire app just to get it to work again

Instagram is legit not allowing me to post anything from my camera roll to my story. It allows me to take new photos and post THOSE to my story, but if I click on something from my camera roll to post, it just gets stuck on loading, and then when I go out of it and cancel the share, the entire app just looks like a white screen and I can't access anything and have to restart it. I've already tried restarting the app, restarting my iPad, AND uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. NOTHING IS WORKING!!
