Rogers call themselves the largest provider in Canada. But provides very bad service as wait times for help are minimum 55 minutes to about 80 minutes. Sucks. Had i known this before i switched, i wouldn’t have.

Bell Canada’s entire system appears to be down. Can’t reach them by phone, browser or the app. After a similar outage at Rogers, there was talk of providing redundancy via linking their networks. Has that happened? Anyone know when service is expected to be restored?

@g_pooba I checked Rogers Telecom, they're known to have a lot of problems. No 'recent' reports about problems, however. If you're on WiFi, bluetooth devices and even microwave ovens can interfere, even a neighbors' if nearby. If your laptop is a wired connection, that would rule out WiFi

Same here. We reside in Nantes area. I have issues with wifi signals dropped on daily basis. Yesterday, I chatted with Roger’s customer and they scheduled the technician for today. Technician came around 2 pm he stayed until 4 pm as he couldn’t able to connect his Roger’s laptop due to fiber cuts and he mentioned there was M1 signal issue not sure about this terminology. Also, replaced the new wifi box checked the speed around 1mpbs to 3mbps speed he was surprised seeing that speed. Finally he mentioned it should resolve by 4 hrs or next day morning.

Dear @Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to thank you once again for the wonderful service interruption I am receiving for the 3rd time in the last 4 days. 1/2 the day on May 1, all evening on May 2, and now no service on the morning of May 4th. Thankfully I can call CS for no help

Landline internet keeps failing, for up to half an hour, again and again and again and again. It's worst at night. This has been happening since the call for a Federal Election and I was told this was the cause, but the election is over, Canadains endorsed their executioner and the internet connectivity is at an all time low. What gives Rogers?

@Rogers @RogersHelps I've been onhold for 1hour 15min to cancel my business internet. I call the sales extention & was conected in 2min 10sec! but sales cannot cancel the service so now I am on hold again! seems like an intentional move to delay/deter customers from cancellation

Want to give a shout out to the bank teller at @WintrustBank in Rogers Park. It was almost closing time. The lines were long inside & in drive thru. He kept addressing those waiting, apologizing for the delay. Great customer service. Wish I knew his name but it wasn’t on receipt.
