Has anybody else been having nonstop issues the last few days? With my package I usually get like 100-150mb/s with 20-30ms of ping, but recently Ive been getting about 3-12 mb/s, and ping in the thousands. Websites take forever to load, online games are unplayable. No idea what the hells going on but resetting the router isnt working, and its across multiple devices

6 days later, internet issue NOT resolved. Rec'd an auto call last night at 8pm saying issues resolved but in fact it was not and I had no connection last night at all. Got through once and after a 30 min conversation with an uninformed individual the line was disconnected. Rogers sites say no outages. Many phones are affected with no cellular data and can’t get help. I can’t wait for a survey.

Shaw (Rogers) really needs to get it together. This is the 4th night in a row my internet has went down and become unreliable during my peak times of usage. From roughly 12am to 5am I can barely use the internet as it will frequently drop its connection. I just signed a new 2 year contact with them too because I had no issues previously.

I’m so fed up with Roger’s purchase of Shaw, because I had no say in this and they are a terrible tech support company. I learned that they no longer serve to fix your internet after 6 All of my issues are dropping internet every hour and they won’t help even when I tried during the day because it’s only dropping at night. The fact that they don’t have any tech support in the evening tells me everything I need to know. That they couldn’t care less if you need help, they’re not going to pay ppl to fix it.

Guelph area Roger’s Internet &tv & home phone down due to traffic accident severing a fibre optic cable on Clair Road. Rogers status page says 5am tomorrow (March 26th) before it’s up. Appears most of Guelph impacted.

Rogers Cable service is out in some places in BC. Cranbrook is affected. Called their service line and they had no explanation of what might be wrong. Rogers/Shaw Webmail also intermittent. I am told it could be a long time before problem is resolved.

Wifi has been down for three days now in Saint John NB area. when I called on the first day, they told me it would be resolved within 24hrs. Each time I checked the outage map it would say that within that hour it would be fixed. Now the outage map is not functioning so I have no way to check and they are closed for online support until Monday.
