My Internet in stettler alberta near the high school is not working. Hasnt worked since the 4th. Calling provides no answers and it seems like they are withholdinginformation. I simply ask why my internet isnt working and when it will be back up and they almost always hang up on me. I pay 150 a month what is going on. My neighbors dont have Internet either and some of these people have medical device's. Fix your internet or stop scamming people. This should become a lawsuit if this continues

Two Rogers accounts - Fiber Internet/TV and Fiber Internet/TV/Home phone - both accounts are up and down since Sept 4th (every 5 to 10 minutes for 5 sec to 10 minutes at a time). Changed one modem Sept 5th and no difference. Tech came back Sept 6th seemed okay after multiple restarts but issues have continued. Apparently it is a network or line issue and can not be looked at for 10 days. Pathetic response to a widening issue. Just north of Simcoe, ON.

Main and Bovaird in Brampton. Wifi would be down almost every week and no resolution from Rogers, their online Support chat is also extremely unhelpful. I was in queue for almost 3 hours and when I was 2nd in line, they just ended the chat wasting my time.

The more I pay, the closer I get to $250 per month for home services. The worse the services get, and the more they charge. I have resisted going to TELUS, as my neighbors have, because I don't want to change my address. But I have spent so many hours on the phone and with the chatbot that I think I will check out TELUS again. I had trouble all weekend, and today no email service. OMG.

Outage Markham L6E Rogers is the most irritating company to report issues with. Their useless AI program runs you in circles when all you want to do is report an outage, and if by any chance it finally allows you to connect to a LIVING PERSON, you're put on hold forever... only to come back to the same stupid troubleshooting questions.

Rogers Ignite TV boxes don't work in Port Perry, Ontario (Friday afternoon). Same problem yesterday but a recorded message said they were aware of the problem. Today Rogers Network outage page says they resolved an issue recently and no problems. TV did work last night. Internet speed tests and wifi are fine and have been. Unplugged and restarted the TV boxes. Nothing helps, been on hold with support for 45 minutes so far.

Rogers even with the new internet box they gave me, seem to still be really struggling with not just staying online, but struggling to keep up good enough consistent upload for gaming even after restarting the router multiple times. Has anybody else been having nonstop issues the last few days? With my package I usually get like 100-150mb/s with 20-30ms of ping, but recently Ive been getting about 3-12 mb/s, and ping in the thousands. Websites take forever to load, online games are unplayable. No idea what the hells going on but resetting the router isnt working, and its across multiple devices
