Since last week, mobile data has dropped drastically for myself and others in my workplace that are on Rogers. Whenever we go indoors at my workplace in Midland, Ont (King Street and Elizabeth Street), nothing loads properly, if it does load it takes a long time. I’ve worked in this building for two years, and this issue only started last week. Outside, my signal strength is around -108 dBm, but it drops to -119 dBm as soon as I enter the building. Could you please check the nearby tower’s signal coverage and see if there is a problem with the broadcasting signal. Thanks

Rogers down in Carleton Place and Almonte today 16Oct 2026. Called as it was not working. Of coursewanted me to go through all these steps I had already done. Ended up saying to go to the store. Well the Store was closed as the system is down. According to the note on the door. Now received a text saying there is a outage. This is a pretty big outage as posts from Almonte already appearing on facebook groups.

My Internet in stettler alberta near the high school is not working. Hasnt worked since the 4th. Calling provides no answers and it seems like they are withholdinginformation. I simply ask why my internet isnt working and when it will be back up and they almost always hang up on me. I pay 150 a month what is going on. My neighbors dont have Internet either and some of these people have medical device's. Fix your internet or stop scamming people. This should become a lawsuit if this continues

Two Rogers accounts - Fiber Internet/TV and Fiber Internet/TV/Home phone - both accounts are up and down since Sept 4th (every 5 to 10 minutes for 5 sec to 10 minutes at a time). Changed one modem Sept 5th and no difference. Tech came back Sept 6th seemed okay after multiple restarts but issues have continued. Apparently it is a network or line issue and can not be looked at for 10 days. Pathetic response to a widening issue. Just north of Simcoe, ON.

Erin Kenny

I've already spent the past 3 days with my internet more often down than up. I'm havíng to hot spot from my cell phone to watch TV. This is getting ridiculous.

Maple Bay near Duncan on Vancouver Island Broadband is down.

Why are there no updates on any of the websites? Only after talking to SaskTel was it determined that Shaw/Rogers is having Fibre network issues.

Tiffany Neddow

Yep, Marda Loop, Garrison Woods, Bankview, downtown...all the way to Ogden and beyond. I think they are not updating their outage maps on purpose to play this down.

Son

i guess entire city of Calgary is suffering from the outage

Tiffany Neddow

It's out from Renfrew to Ogden...I'm in Marda Loop, out all day. All surrounding areas as well and they are NOT updating their outage maps 😡

Internet down in Lower Mount Royal as well.

No internet in McKenzie Lake.

The more I pay, the closer I get to $250 per month for home services. The worse the services get, and the more they charge. I have resisted going to TELUS, as my neighbors have, because I don't want to change my address. But I have spent so many hours on the phone and with the chatbot that I think I will check out TELUS again. I had trouble all weekend, and today no email service. OMG.

Still having the same issues now that the systems under load this morning. Couple minute long outages and super slow speeds, unable to load some sites at all.

Peter MacPherson

Come on Rogers, going on 3 hours now with barely functional 5G across Canada. Second time in the last two days!

Peter MacPherson

Seems to be all of Canada, been going on for 3 hours now. I haven't seen past 5mbps and certain sites absolutely refuse to load. Fido having issues too

Robert J. Muir

Terrible internet in Edmonton. So much for the Ultimate Plan's 1 Gigabit down, when I barely crack 10 Megabit on a Speed Test.

Shayne

Since at least midnight my phone won't jump to data when access to wifi is off. Gosh I dont want to have to stay on hold for 2 hours. I tried restarting and made sure data saver is off.

Outage Markham L6E Rogers is the most irritating company to report issues with. Their useless AI program runs you in circles when all you want to do is report an outage, and if by any chance it finally allows you to connect to a LIVING PERSON, you're put on hold forever... only to come back to the same stupid troubleshooting questions.

Is there an outage in Mississauga? None of our cable/TV services are working all day. We have been waiting over 2 hours for customer service. Our Rogers service has always been horrible. Are the other service providers the same even with customer service?

Rogers Ignite TV boxes don't work in Port Perry, Ontario (Friday afternoon). Same problem yesterday but a recorded message said they were aware of the problem. Today Rogers Network outage page says they resolved an issue recently and no problems. TV did work last night. Internet speed tests and wifi are fine and have been. Unplugged and restarted the TV boxes. Nothing helps, been on hold with support for 45 minutes so far.

I can't make or receive calls with other people who use the Rogers network, but calls to people on other carriers work.

Raisa

I tried calling techical support through calling 611, but that number also does not dial.

Raisa

Calls are not working. You do not recieve any calls from people and you won't be able to make calls. It shows it is ringing, but soon as the other party picks up, it shows call failed.

My tv just began shutting down by itself. It turns on for 10 seconds then shuts off.

FuffyRuff

Rogers even with the new internet box they gave me, seem to still be really struggling with not just staying online, but struggling to keep up good enough consistent upload for gaming even after restarting the router multiple times. Today the internet has went down suddenly twice. This is in Brampton by the way.
