Trying to play on my web browser - but every song is "Spotify can't play this right now" then it skips to the next song over and over again. DJ will "speak" to me if I select him but then after his intro the song won't play. Skipping doesn't help.

Spotify doesn't manually curate playlists for 500M users. Their algorithm does. Your qualification process shouldn't manually filter every lead either. Your system should. Rules-based qualification works 24/7 without bias, fatigue, or human error. Replace intuition with logic.
