@David39465841 The game is not back on sale on Steam. It seems to us that this is not the end of the update. The online mode is still in the menu, only when you click on the options, you get a message that there is no connection to Live. We'll have to wait and see.

@MachinGon2 @FSAPOJake I go into desktop mode when I need to, to setup emulation, or something, but most of the time, its just in console mode. As long as you get your games from Steam, you never have to touch the desktop mode, just connect 4-5 controllers and enjoy offline multiplayer.

@novelezra @KirPinkFury PS5 required a day one patch, the slim required you to register the external disk drive online before you could use it. Xbox series still doesn’t let you setup without an internet connection. The steam deck actually also can’t be setup offline.

@ConanExiles My problem is with the co-op service. Before, I would simply open it and invite the other player to join, but now the other player receives the invitation, either through the game or Steam, and gets stuck in the menu on “Attempting to join game” until it gives an error.

@Res_Renzo Delfinovin if unfamiliar makes GCC adapters change to Xbox controller inputs (Xinput) and basically fixes any issues the game seems to have with native GCC controllers in regards to steam input. (This seems to break the input system for other controllers when off)

@PlayWarframe Ok so somehow the steam auto login reappeared. But it appears that the game is treating me as im offline when im clearly online in the game.

@Kirby0Louise @SuperTimdog If Microsoft puts out their next generation console that offers Steam support while still bearing the Xbox brand, it is not in Sony's favor to have them just access their PC games without a cut.

@Steam_Support are you having download server issues in the UK, it looks like I have to keep closing steam and reopening to get any where near my 500 mbps for a few secounds to download stuff, if I leave it it's worse than dial up...

@DigitalAlucard @StellarBlade Denuvo is not a problem because it will be removed later, the only problem is the presence of Playstation and access to our Steam data from Sony's trash servers hacked several times, in addition to the fact that PSN is present in the game, optional or not.

@c_humblez @JezCorden No because it’s not working like everyone thinks. The Xbox will still be limited to its own performance. You will only get access to steam games that release natively on Xbox, not the entire steam library. Devs aren’t going to make separate versions to have a stable run natively

@DeekeTweak It is not much different from what is happening on PC today. Steam runs on Windows, but MS has its comeback in terms of circulation despite the fact that the MS Store is totally snubbed by everyone. If this works on PC why wouldn't it work on Xbox produced by a third party?

@DudeManSir @ordinary__u Playstation runs great and you can have HDR. From what I've heard steam deck is also great and HDR access too, Xbox are having some issues and switch gets delayed updates and no word on performance yet since it releases later today on that platform

@wccftech If Steam games don’t give Xbox seperate achievement lists for games that weren’t on Xbox before, Xbox console and sites like trueachievements have additional million games to having Xbox achievements in update. Xbox then havs 2nd achievements tab for Steam achievements in Xbox.

? Steam wishlists / sales often spike after a good trailer drops - NOT when a content update for a game is released. Marketing > progress.

@KG971_Dev I think I found the solution, at least it works for me, for those for whom it doesn't work either: launch the game with steam in offline mode (so that the game does not connect to the 2K servers)

@JimoarGaming @HazzadorGamin Free online gaming, bigger library, can use your library on more platforms(for now atleast), cheaper games. Why would anyone buy on xbox/microsoft store instead of steam? I still can't see the benefits of this for microsoft.
