He's familiar w/ coaches, staff, owners, & players. This is an emergency band-aid in week 15. Anyone else would have been a logistical nightmare.

I was playing someone in madden and was up 21-6 in the middle of the third quarter and they ended up coming back to tie it and stopped me on my last drive in the fourth quarter to send it to overtime only for them to inexplicably disconnect right before overtime started. Weird.

@JohnKincade @StatsOnFire Parity doesn't work for a sport that doesn't draw casual viewers. You need big markets to be able to stack teams, and drive revenue for the rest of the league. Even when Tampa had the Joe Madden playoff teams, they weren't drawing big revenue.

If you play Madden, you know screen stopped working for a few years but right now in madden 25 the screenplay work but they didn’t work at the beginning of this season

@TylerMWeiss_ The Frostbite engine is why Madden moved to more animation based gameplay rathe than physics. Ignite had its issues but Fristbite cannot actually handle the physics required for a sports simulator. The NHL games have the same issue when they moved over to it
