disappointed with the customer service I've received from @ThreeUK spoken to executive office trying to cancel my SIM-only contract due to consistently poor service and unbearably slow data speeds you refused to help and let me leave without a termination fee. ombudsman time
@ThreeUK my company uses a 4g three data sim as a failover for our voip line. The signal strength is abysmal lately due to “an issue” which is mast works, as I can see the mast from the office.Customer services are unable to tell me when this work will be completed. Can you help?
B44 has been horrific again. YES, they are currently (48+hrs) showing an issue being dealt with, but fine - give us another mast to bounce onto. Mobile Internet lately has been a joke (even on days where there are supposedly no issues), and customer service are useless.
Why is it three always gets issues over bank holidays lately are they not keeping Thier infrastructure up with the number of users
Three is down in CF44 been almost a year now on and off slight rain or a breeze and mobile broadband goes was switching constantly this morning when I checked it was inban instant going from 14mbs to 50bps totally unusable at least when 3G was still up you had a chance, was told a 3 months back by Thier escalation team that they were waiting on BT to sort the mast out, i think it's time ofcom did something about three mobile if it's getting this bad everywhere.
@wenshalftime @ThreeUK They're terrible! They want you to come up with solutions for a system you can't see and if you guess wrong they hang up. Make a complaint to the communications ombudsman. This is a breach of your consumer rights and they know this
Three is getting worse, signal, data. Where ever I go I don't get signal. sort yourself out three
Friday evening 23 may @2225 still no three mobile data service in kettering! This started at 1300 on the 22 may! Nearly 48hrs ago! I had to go buy an o2 payg sim so i can function away from home whilst out n about. Nothing wrong with my phone, queues this morning out the door at 3store in kettering. they were down toi, they couldnt even make calls themselves, was turning everyone away with 'oh its a network issue theyre wrking on it, it will b fixed in 24hrs! I even had them replace my sim card to ensure nothing was wrong my end, they checked ny acc,, Dd a paid up fine, so ... Only god knows what is going on n why everyone is trying to cover this up or when it will come back on!
I have had no mobile data, tex, calls on my phone since yesterday 1pm! Three is aware of this problem, its a 'mobile' network issue n say there is nothing they can do but wait. n have put a message up on their website under coverage checker for 'network' sayin they are on it. the local store in kettering has been inundated with customers wen i was there yesterday and today! My home broadband hub is working fine! Apparently they work off different frequencies to the phone mobile data, but wen im out n about i have nothing! I literally just had to buy an 02 payg sim so i can function whilst away from the house. This happened 3 times last year, 2 the year before n 1 the year before that! These outages at 3 r deffo increasing nnit takes them longer n longer to fix it. Im deffo gonna have to switch back to ee!
