North London - The network has been on and off for 2 days already. Worst during 11am - 11pm. Not to mention it's slow, sometimes it disconnects for a few seconds and comes back. It always shows "We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here." I am not quite sure if they are fixing it. Not even able to join any online meeting when working from home.

NE London here. Same for me. At least you got an acknowledgement that there's a problem at their end. The person I spoke to this afternoon was insistent that everything is perfectly fine at their end. They've escalated it to "third line" support who will supposedly give me an update in 7 days! Weirdly my upload speeds are fine, 80-100Mbps, download between 1-5Mbps.

Three support have acknowledged an issue and that a solution is being worked on, but I’m 48 hours of <1Mbps download and crazy ping on all devices except mobile devices which seem slightly better around 5Mbps. Staggering

Surprising there is not official acknowledgement of this outage anywhere for what must've been thousands of people without service for around 24 hrs on 27 October 2026. It is not very reassuring as a new Three Home customer. I'm just glad my mobile is with a different provider so I could use that as an internet hotspot for my computer for the day.

When i contacted THREE they put me throught all the hoops, ohh we'll fix that for you now - switching router on/off, airplane mode bla bla bla.... 20mins later, yes we were aware of the fault (why all the hoops) 🤬 even now their website still says no outages in my area!.... As stated b4 beyond useless, its just a waiting game now.

Interestingly there was absolutely nothing on their website at 6 am this morning even though I suspect it had been down for a few hours. At 6am the only thing available was their chatbot which was as useful as a chocolate teapot. After a few minutes of circular reasoning it stopped replying.

5g mobile and 5g broadband hub been down from 6am (as far as i know) location - Dundee Scotland. Msg a few people i know on three, all down too! Contacted three, said a problem exists but don't know what and zero timeframe on a fix, soo useless.

Worth pointing out that 4G is working. Switch your equipment to 4G only and you'll have a (slow) connection

I should point out I drove to another location 10 miles away and the 5G worked on my iPhone. That seems to indicate a fault at a nearby transmitter.

Woking, Surrey, here, no broadband connection today. Called Three; the first advisor disconnected my call. The 2nd advisor refused to escalate my complaint regarding the network outage (today and last month). I went to the public library but they (and other libraries) use Three so no internet either. I went on chat and the advisor created a complaint case for me. They gave the usual 'we are working on fixing the issue' and that it is due to the storm... Well the broadband was working yesterday 🤔🤔 . I am still unable to work... The good outcome from all the contact was that Three compensated me for overcharging me each month despite set amount as per my contract ..

Three has been experiencing a service outage for six days now. On Monday, August 24th, 2026, I lost connection and have been unable to reconnect since then. As a software engineer, I am familiar with technical issues, but this has been particularly frustrating. I have contacted Three's customer support on three separate occasions, and during my last call, I was informed that the service would remain down for an extended period. Initially, I was told that this disruption was due to Vodafone, which is merging with Three, upgrading the local mast. The ongoing lack of service, coupled with the absence of prior notice, has caused major disruption for me. I am unable to communicate with my eBay account, Gmail, and various other websites, including the NHS Home Page for ordering prescription medicine, Lloyds Bank, Iceland, Toolstation, Screwfix, and B&Q. Furthermore, I can't access streaming media or any of my smart devices, such as my outdoor security camera, Samsung washing machine, Alexa, and Google Home Mini. None of my apps work since they require an internet connection for verification. Three’s lack of communication and consideration for how this would affect customers like me is *&%&*****. Despite the inconvenience they have caused, there has been no apology or acknowledgement. As a temporary solution, I purchased an O2 8GB data SIM and configured my router to use it, although setting it up was challenging since it's designed for mobile phones. At least now, I no longer have to drive five miles into town to manage my eBay account and other online activities using my phone, but with only 8GB I can't stream video or it'll burn through it in no time.

Barely working, when usually it works fine, with no warning, explanation or reports, cant even connect to a speedtest because it “Could not sort the server list since every server failed the latency test.” Ive tried everything on my end and nothing worked, this has been happening on and off since 1pm, yet still nothing about planned work, unplanned work or general disruption within the network from what i can see on their official sites Looking at the chart it seems this has been happening over the past two days, maybe longer, it took me 20 minutes to join a call because my internet wouldnt connect to the platforms servers This is something i commonly experience with three that i havent with other providers Imo, wait for your contract to end and get the hell outta dodge, this is miserable to deal with constantly, repeatedly throughout the daily, while trying to work or chill out and well below the standards of what we expect with the prices we pay

Does ANYBODY get a decent service from Three? I tried to leave at end of contract in order to join you fibre. The operative told me he could match their price and speed and persuaded me to stay. I would now get up to 100 Mbps and pay £16 per month. I have yet to exceed 30mbps and most often a miserable 2 or 3 Mbps. So, was it all a big fib or does three have tech problems since amalgamating with Vodafone?

I'm in London and I regularly get no signal, can't load pages, error messages etc. I am beyond tired of telling 3. They are charging me £30 for unlimited data, but I can't get any data at all! Speed tests start at 0 mps and stay there for a while, and only reach single figures after toggling airplane mode on /off and changing from 4g to 5g or vice versa. I keep having to do speed tests which jump up my data use (which is unlimited anyway) but it looks like I'm using alot more data than I am as having to do speed tests several times a day to access the Internet at all! Talking to them wastes off hours of your day, they want to test your device, check the torch etc when they know damn well it's THEIR NETWORK not my devices.

TN1 area. On Three's 5G home broadband, cripplingly slow speeds. Three's status checker says there's an issue but no further info. When I spoke to call centre they said estimated fix date on their systems was 30 Sep 2026...... Since Vodafone/Three merger, thought I'd also check Vodafone's status checker which says "There is a broadband issue in TN1. We're currently fixing an outage in your area. Most outages are fixed the same day."

three broadband effectively down in B37 area, showing 'fair' mobile connection and download speeds averaging <10mb whereas normally its 500mb+ three's web site just says 'were doing work in this area' with no specific reasons or details of when it may be resolved, neither can you sign up for updates (as you can with other providers).

For the past few days I've been getting absolutely appalling download speeds on my mobile data. Ran multiple speed tests with none of them being above 2mbps, what an absolute joke! Spent over 2 hours on live chat to be told they're going to "investigate" the issue and contact me within 7 days. 7 whole days of crappy mobile data!! Wonderful

It's like with road works. In Germany or other parts of civilised world, 1km of roadworks, resurfacing, brand new takes 3 weeks. In UK 3 months. Once I traveled through Germany. There was 10km roadwork on both sides of dual carriageway when I traveled through it. 10km, machinery and people everywhere, working! When I was travelling back same way 2 weeks later all was beautifully resurfaced 10km, done within 2 weeks. In here 10 km means a year as I've seen on 3 mile long oradworks in Norfolk, all waiting semi finished for ghosts to finish it.

21st century UK, Mobile broadband speed 3Mb/s a ..... joke. You pay for it 10 folds more than you should. I was last week in Poland. Speeds constant night, day, 4G 15-25Mb/s, cost 2 times less than in UK. Same with broadband. In EU you can get 1Gb/s fibre for 20 Euro per month, UK twice that for barely 200Mb/s. Where is this digital kingdom you've been promised by RED BUS people. To me looks like 19 centrury in comparison to the rest of the World. Soon Africa will be faster.
