We haven't received many problem reports for 3 (Three) yet.

3 (Three) offers mobile internet and mobile phone service. When 3 (Three) is down, mobile internet might not work or users can't get a phone signal.

Reports about problems with 3 (Three)

No Three mobile or data networks in Storrington (RH20) since Wednesday evening. The status checker says there's an issue, but doesn't say when it is likely to be resolved. Customer support were equally unhelpful.
Today data is operating on 5G and 4G at very slow speeds on both my router and its data package along with the same issue using mobile data on my phone.

I'm in London and I regularly get no signal, can't load pages, error messages etc. I am beyond tired of telling 3. They are charging me £30 for unlimited data, but I can't get any data at all! Speed tests start at 0 mps and stay there for a while, and only reach single figures after toggling airplane mode on /off and changing from 4g to 5g or vice versa. I keep having to do speed tests which jump up my data use (which is unlimited anyway) but it looks like I'm using alot more data than I am as having to do speed tests several times a day to access the Internet at all! Talking to them wastes off hours of your day, they want to test your device, check the torch etc when they know damn well it's THEIR NETWORK not my devices.
TN1 area. On Three's 5G home broadband, cripplingly slow speeds. Three's status checker says there's an issue but no further info. When I spoke to call centre they said estimated fix date on their systems was 30 Sep 2026...... Since Vodafone/Three merger, thought I'd also check Vodafone's status checker which says "There is a broadband issue in TN1. We're currently fixing an outage in your area. Most outages are fixed the same day."

2 Days now, very slow internet, come on Three, get this sorted out
Second day in a row internet is very slow in LE3, Leicester. Impossible to watch videos or even browse internet.
EVERYONE COME BACK AND REPORT THIS EVERY DAY!
MOSTLY ALWAYS AWFUL. I RUN MY TV THOUGH THIS AND MY TV IS FOREVER FREEZING. MY POOR MUM HAS DEMENTIA AND WE'RE TRYING TO HAVE SOME NICE TIMES TOGETHER AND WATCH SOME SHOWS AND THE EVENINGS ARE ALWAYS FILLED WITH STRESS AND IT RUINS THE NIGHT
