Barclaycard app not working for Barclaycard account. Help chat says known issue but service status says everything OK.

My Barclay credit card suddenly said payment declined when I had just been using it fine elsewhere. Spent half an hour on phone listening to awful screechy music (why??) only to be told I was in wrong department. Told I would be put through to correct department but after half an hour again listening to screechy music gave up. Tried chat - told they couldn’t sort it so needed to phone 🤯. Received text later saying it was Barclay’s error and card reinstated. I had to reload everything everywhere as if it was a new card - nobody told me that so still took more time to figure that out. Not happy! They blamed Covid for the poor service 🥴

trying to purchase tickets via ticket factory to get Barclaycard discount but will not accept paymemt. Its thirty quid so would like discount.
