Ahh Garmin Connect, when will you EVER get a sense of getting it right? After the debacle of upgrading (?) the mobile app last year (messed up the entire simplicity of use thing - I simply located a version before that upgrade & carry on as usual), the increasing number of times the servers are down or like today, we couldn't even log in via the website, well those are ever-more frequent now. Their response to customer queries & requests for information is laughable, as though "their direction" is in any way reflective of customer feedback. So today for several hours, logging into Google Connect via the website was impossible. What on earth is going on there?

Hey @GarminFitness - Why does synching routes and activities with my Edge 1050 from iPhone still work like complete garbage? Cannot trust it - have to force the synch multiple times and even then sometimes doesn't work. Getting tired of basic functions not working...

@GarminUK @GarminFitness i have a Fenix 6Pro. If i do a reset on my watch will be keep all my data on the app and just lose data on the watch itself? Battery life recently drastically dropped so want to try this just in case but don't want to lose historic data on app. Thanks

@Stewmeak @GarminFitness Pretty much. I had more issues today I managed to fix them after about 8 hours of research. For a predominantly exercise society you’d think their app would be better. Someone needs sacking

Garmin Connect down again!!. Absolute joke . We pay a fortune for their watches and this happens. Now this is occurring several times when it goes down. Get your act together Garmin!.
