how do you know if you're not able to see your account? give them a chance. they are fca regulated. you're perfectly safe, in my opinion

hopefully im wrong and dont want to start panic because i dont know, but this is how it starts when this kind of websites go out of bussiness. you cant access anything. I hope we didn't lose our money. Status page unavailable is worries me
