everything is working perfectly on my phone but every now and again when I'm playing games or I'm just on YouTube it just stops and disconnects me and then struggles to load even though I'm connected to Wi-Fi then I fix it by turning off my internet turning it back on again but then it just happens again randomly at any point is anyone else having this certain issue or just me and my brother is perfectly connected with no issues could it also be my PS4 I have no idea

The problem isn’t a problem logging in if you show as offline, restart your PS5 as use the dpad to arrow down you’ll then see the new user agreement after the update you have to agree to before it will sign you back in. That will fix it.

I have figured out how to get back on... switch off your router and wait 30 -60 seconds, and then turn it back on wait 10 seconds .. and then turn it off again. But this time wait 3 before turning it on. That way, it beats the traffic and speeds the process. If it doesnt work, remove the main cable from the back off the ps5, wait 30 seconds and reconnect... worked for me !!! :)

right so just to double check am i the only one with this problem, i have a child account and the playstation plus subscription is on my parents account because that way i could download games from the catalogue that my viewing restrictions wouldnt allow me to download, but as of today: 14/3/26 for some reason despite the fact that console sharing and offline play is on in settings and ive done every trick that the internet and chat gpt gave me to do, for some reason the online multiplayer isnt working

@Destiny2Team For anyone not understanding. They can not release the patch straight away. When you submit a patch to @PlayStation it does update on the network. However updates to the network are rolled out to go live on Tuesdays. Its been this way since the PS3.
