I can see the store etc. but account won't change to "Online" and can't connect in-game.

I have just downloaded black ops 2 and the graphics are brilliant. If you have Google on your phone then go on to it and use Al mode for help they helped me sort out my ps5 when I had problems with it. Just say my ps5 is having problems and are all the playstation servers up and running as mine would load up and play. Then see if they help you
