Vinted UK cannot read or send messages in Inbox, cannot view orders and cannot but items or send offers. Both on App snd Website. Been like this since Thursday. Really, really poor and no comms from Vinted stating there is a problem.

I'm still having an issue with buyers being able to chose other postage options when I ONLY have inpost pick-up enabled. This has been going in for over a week and causing an absolute headache. I don't have access to a printer. I'm having to cancel orders and hope that the buyer buys again. This morning another potential buyer informed me that the ONLY shipping option she was given is DPD, again I don't have this enabled. Anyone else having the same issue? I've contacted support but the human is now ignoring me on both Vinted and X DMs (which THEY contacted me through).

It’s been sent to a reporting agent at the moment being transferred to a human as it’s two labels I don’t want to cancel the order as I know that isn’t going to fix it. Must be a bug in the system

I've reported the issue to Vinted. Maybe you should try that too. some folks on X are reporting issues also. You get the AI nonsense first and then the offer of a human looking at it. It's happened before but was resolved the same day, not sure if it will be this time. I've tried to download it on another device and no joy.

I don't have Royal Maul as an option. When I tap 'get shipping label' in convo and it goes to the next page, there isn't the digital option, just another get shipping label button, which earlier juts opened a printed label. I've already had to cancel an order and relist it, thinking I'd made the mistake but it seems to be vinted.

Latest uploaded items not showing on my profile when users look also nothing uploaded from today showing in search results (even tried chronological order and some results showing most recent from everyone on the app as 20hrs ago, I uploaded 30 minutes ago and I’m sure many others have uploaded since then as it’s in a very popular category!)

Whenever I try to purchase anything, I get a 'Something's gone wrong. Access Denied' message. Can use the rest of the app as usual

I went to post three parcels this morning, went to get the labels and its constantly saying Shipping label failed Shipping label order failed. Please try again later. has anyone else experienced this? This has never happened to me before where I cannot get the label full stop, I will wait till later today and hope it sorts it self out, it is also the same for desktop, I was hoping it would work on my computer, but no.

Click app, vinted logo then tells me server down try again in 5 mins. That was 5-6 hours ago and still doing. Tried deleting and installing and i think it says the same, as now the message comes up in French

Cant make any offers to my buyers for past 3 days. Click on offers after 1 second of showing the offer page the page auto redirects to the listing page. Tried differnt browsers, logging in and out, differnt PCs Same issue.
