Having huge ISSUES with VODAFONE. Since yesterday, but really bad today. Inlcuding my 4G PHONE SERVICE and mainly my BROADBAND (Wifi). Fix it Vodafone! I don't pay for nothing. Ill be calling to get some compensation when its working better again.

All day every day talking to someone who claims "mobile service is fine on our end" they send someone out, they realise ther IS an issue and they "fix" it to give me the text that its all okay. ONE HOUR LATER its back to the same issue of bugging out in our area... SORT THE ISSUES PROPERLY VODAFONE

Based in Kent, Broadband down since 1am on 12/12/2025. Called them at 12:15pm as still no service. First off did the regular pointless checks. Then claimed it's my device as Open Reach has cleared the fault, then I told them to check this site and to ALSO use their own service checker that says there's no service! Then the cupid stunt said, "I'll send you a link so you can run some tests". Jeez!!! I said "you realise what you've said don't you? You're going to send me A LINK, and I have no broadband or data service". They then did as I suggested and low and behold "yes sir there is a fault and we will have to get open reach to resolve it". Well this is all fine and dandy, but I had a facetime appointment with a surgeon booked. Role on to 19:30 on the same day, still no service. Missed my appointment with the surgeon, plus so many smart devices that won't turn off or turn on! I said this to the agent and they kept blaming open reach, but as I rightly said "you are open reach's customer, I am your customer. I don't pay open reach, I pay you just like I did at 12:01 this morning. Interesting how that didn't have any issues isnt it?" I then went on to highlight I'm registered on their priority services due to my health issues and what's the point if it doesn't make any difference. He was saying how there was little he could do, so then I said "to be honest that's not my concern. What you could do is provide a router that will work using your data service". I was then told that if I paid for the premium service I could. Well that got right up my nose! I said "are you kidding? I pay for a broadband service. You're saying in order to ensure I always have it I have to be a premium service member?! That's absolutely ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you're on the lowest or the highest tariff, we all pay for a service so we ALL are entitled to get service, regardless!" He then said "what I'll do is give you unlimited data". This guy must be the new boy or is the janitor that's called in ti help"ckear the queues" as I pointed out "you realise I already have an unlimited plan, so that's as useful as a chocolate tea pot". I'm still kicking up a stink as this is totally unacceptable. Not just about me, but for everyone nationwide that's caught up in this "outage". Its nearly 5am here, can't sleep because of pain and the facetime was to arrange a surgical resolution which now due to waiting lists I have missed my opportunity through no fault of my own but Vodafon's, got smart lamps that won't turn off, heating that won't turn on and my energy use was double today BECAUSE OF VODAFONE and we just have to "suck it up". Sorry, not on my watch. I'm off to the ombudsman and I suggest you all do the same.

@Adude52190366 @raymondopolis Yeah, it's a trial and error method. I had a RuPay card but it expired and since I moved out, many times my German Card doesn't work, but sometimes it does. The biggest annoyance for me is Airtel and Vodafone not accepting these cards on their app.

If you no need WIFI becouse you use cable try this.Looks like I manage to fix this by myslef.My Router keep flashing (power,internet,wifi lights) then reset by himself and keep doing this for hours.No network and no Wifi.So I was trying this - When power and Wifi light is white and internet is flashing red I hold two buttons on top of router together (Wifi and WPS) until Wifi light turn off.Router in few seconds back to normal.power lights white,internet light white and after about 30-40seconds phone light white to. WIFI IS OFF. so this is good solution for people who use hub with cables without WIFI.Just to let you now if your router are working with this solution you can press WIFI button to see if you get WIFI back.For me not working when I press my router reset again and flashing for hours,so I hold two buttons and back online without WIFI. I think this is main problem,after ugrade with Vodafone-Three some updates goes wrong and WiFI dropping and keep broken network.well this is only my opinion :) Hope I help some of you.

I'm in East Devon and although I can make voice calls and all my phone services seem fine, when people try to call me they get a "system error" message?!?!? I really wish I had another phone and SIM to try this out, I will get one on another network asap as this is the 2nd time this has happened in two months, NOT INCLUDING the complete blackout a few weeks ago. I am missing absolutely crucial calls, the timing couldn't be worse. Service levels have dropped to "abysmal" it seems.

My broadband router keeps blinking red

I’m in Flintshire, for the past couple of days my internet has been dropping out. When it is working the speed has dropped dramatically. I have only been with Vodafone for about 6 weeks. I moved from BT hoping for better service. Apart of from the wide spread outage a few weeks ago, everything has been fine. I ran a speed check today I am getting 2.39 download and 22 upload. I should be getting around 500. Something is wrong. I haven’t contact Vodafone yet. I will do it tomorrow.

Issue was being "worked on by openreach". It seems to have been fixed from yesterday at 15:05 today.

"There is a broadband issue in MK17 .... We're currently fixing an outage in your area. Most outages are fixed the same day." Anyone else getting this response from vodafone network service-check?

Careful about moving back to 3. Vodafone bought 3 recently. It seems both have had issues since they merged the networks. They claimed we'd have better coverage and performance but the opposite has been demonstrated. I recall similar when T-Mobile bought Orange and phones kept dropping the signal to connect to the other's mast and back and forth.
