@Uber - I drive for Uber, your violent rider broke my phone screen. I provided estimate to fix the screen. Support keeps sending me canned message that fails to magically fix the broken screen & gave me $15 for cleaning & repair. What am i supposed to repair with $15?

@Uber_India @Uber_Support - In uber parcel service I booked yesterday, driver demanded double the fare shown on the app at the time of booking. Delivery was delayed as he took the wrong route at many points, refusing to receive calls. No response to my complaint or by support.

So that fake Uber will drive you into Manhattan and it drops you off in a dicey area of LES bc they want you to be scared… ultimately they leave you stranded outside a CVS in Brooklyn and if you don’t catch on quick enough, they’ll drive off with all of your belongings/valuables

@MarcoTheMarine7 @SawyerMerritt Uber and Lyft have existing user bases they can leverage. Also all the infrastructure of the apps, payment and everything else. I don't know how much of a cut Uber is taking, but obviously they have decided it is cheaper than building and marketing their own apps.
