@venkat_fin9 @amazonIN I have faced many issues in the past & now also, the delivery persons themselves mention Customer Refused or Not available to receive the parcel, & send back, if they are late to deliver. I have complained many times, but no action or support from Amazon. It still continues.

@amazonIN What’s more troubling is that the tracking number provided (via DTDC) appears to be false or invalid, as it shows no movement or status update. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. As an Amazon Prime member, I expected better service and transparency.

But I had shown them item pick up status in amazon website and clearly it was written that , carrier did not come for pick up.

In past 6 months I have ordered over 100 items from Amazon including expensive OLED TV, leather sofa and an AC on the way for delivery on 22nd. Not a single time I had any issue except 1 item sent wrong and they immediately addressed and fixed it
