@oladapo_sh @RileyTBD There's nothing like erase the iCloud too... if you get the iPhone Unavailable, you need to erase the phone and restore it from a backup. You definitely don't erase iCloud itself. Once the phone is reset, you can sign back into iCloud and restore all the data.
