Dropbox randomly stopped showing an icon in my system tray. Still works but no way to interface with it. In the android app, "Sort By" functionality straight doesn't work at all, and nor does moving files, plus the interface is absurdly slow sometimes.

Not much to go on with @DropBox issue, other than maybe "a Finder protection / inheritance issue caused by Dropbox sync metadata." I have been unable to recover a Logic Pro file because of this mess. Hours lost by now. Apple should also be considered at fault with their File
idk if its my specific configuration / work flow but Dropbox on desktop seems like it has taken a huge hit in quality and reliability over the last year. I feel like im constantly dealing with issues or finding work arounds simply to upload and download stuff. anyone else?
