@RockstarSupport I’ve now tried from PC using Windscribe VPN (set to the US), mobile, multiple browsers, cleared cache, and still get the same error: “Sorry, we are unable to handle your request at this time.”I also tried emailing forms@rockstargames.com but it bounced.

ERR_GFX_STATE is a @RockstarGames issue, not a system issue. Long story short? They have failed, once again, and have paid hundreds of thousands, if not millions in damage control, which is ultimately the people who try to interject by saying it's a system issue.

@DarkXion420 @project_vice Doesn’t work like that either, T2 will not report on a delay in anyway shape or form. It will come directly from Rockstargames. T2 will continue to spin investors until Rockstargames says something. They don’t announce anything..
