I am from Austria, and i can tell you this with 100% true, this is worst internet ever i had. I am paying 40e/m for nothing!!! I should have 150/30 and i have 30/3!!!!!!! In best condition i have 80/10, and i sent them 3 e mails and no answer!!! My friend is paying 40e for 500/250 (other company) !!!! I cant do nothing with this internet, worst ever, dont take this

3 mobile has been down in Delgany for weeks . No signal , can some please sort this .

Three down in Dublin City for a week already. Customer support told me there is no issue within the area, had tried SIM card replacement, changing phones, SIM card reset, restart phone literally everything but nothing works! It is very slow for a week already, what have I paid for? Should I change to Vodafone, anyone recommend?

Disgraceful service. Please fix it and your company while you're at it. Topped up a few days ago, balance showing 0. Unable to place calls, send SMS or use mobile data. Same thing with the broadband.

Seems like a general issue with Three. Everyone lost all their credits way before it’s official expiry date. +100€ for me. hope they sort the issue soon and credit us back

Same here, topped up 5 days ago, got a message saying my balance is low, checked My3 and they’ve taken all my credit and it’s like they’ve ended my plan. Also was on the live chat and they’re completely ignoring customers, my partner is in the same boat

I've been using Three's mobile broadband for a year, and it was always stable until this week. It's horrific. 4MBPS download speed. It takes like 30 seconds to load a single webpage. It randomly cuts off, and I can't do Zoom meetings without the ping going to 6000ms. Location: Dromod, Co. Leitrim.

Enough is more than enough........... last 2months 55+ Mb/s at 4-5 am in the morning..... under 50Kb/s during the day. Cannot work with these speeds. Fortunately am now out of contract and price for Eire 4G with faster speeds is same price as out of contract 3. Going to switch provider as 3 cannot even reach the minimum 5Mb/s for daytime coverage

Why is three down again trying to top up . Then oops I tried to top up 4 times and was told I have no credit that's 80 euros from my bank account for 20 euros top up then I'm congratulated having topped up twice in the same day of now 40 euros.when I only wanted one top up of 20euros but still deducted 80 euros.because of oops we have a problem try again. And now I have no internet a!l day today.i hope they rectify the problems I have had today.

Absolute disgrace during night time. There's simply no way they could be doing maintenance every other night. Been down for nearly 2 hours now, tried locking the mc7010 modem onto different bands but there's no bandwidth at all on any of them. Kind of funny, actually. I'm writing from my phone that has 4G working just fine, but switching the modem to 4G only mode does nothing.

Since May Three has been carrying out energy saving measures by turning off 4G band 1 sectors on many masts including the one I'm on. Band 1 occasionally comes back online during peak time, but rarely on weekdays. My speed now sometimes drops to the point I get the dreaded buffering wheel or see webpages crawl around 9pm, which does not happen when band 1 is operating.

Same here, working in the business park in Leopardstown and no signal on three or virgin providers.

I'm with virgin media but they run off 3 networks. Have had no mobile data connection to very low intermittent connection last two days. I'm in Leopardstown Heights. Works fine once I get to sandyford so seems to be just a local issue. Flagged with VM but no luck fixing it yet.

I got the same from the past 2 weeks with ZTE mobile broadband. Signal gone and slowly back to normal (4g, then 4g+ and 5g after few minutes) and drop again after about 20 minutes.

Just press for a months credit, that's what I did. 3 Ireland backbone is Eir, Vodafone is also using Eir, the only true independent besides Eir is Virgin. All of their tech support blows dog as they outsource it 7 time zones away. I even had a Tier 1 tech agent tell me that there is less traffic at night so thats why the web goes down compared to when its busy (congested) its faster. I had to escalate to a Tier 2 to instruct them to educate the Tier curry and cop on.

Getting 1.2 mb download speed on three network in Youghal over 4g. Terrible service and internet speeds. I believe they are trying to get people to pay for their 5g service now.
