I am from Austria, and i can tell you this with 100% true, this is worst internet ever i had. I am paying 40e/m for nothing!!! I should have 150/30 and i have 30/3!!!!!!! In best condition i have 80/10, and i sent them 3 e mails and no answer!!! My friend is paying 40e for 500/250 (other company) !!!! I cant do nothing with this internet, worst ever, dont take this
3 mobile has been down in Delgany for weeks . No signal , can some please sort this .

Three down in Dublin City for a week already. Customer support told me there is no issue within the area, had tried SIM card replacement, changing phones, SIM card reset, restart phone literally everything but nothing works! It is very slow for a week already, what have I paid for? Should I change to Vodafone, anyone recommend?
three down in south dublin tonight confirmed by three tech. Im getting 350gb a sec one minute then less than 5. say they are working on the issue
Disgraceful service. Please fix it and your company while you're at it. Topped up a few days ago, balance showing 0. Unable to place calls, send SMS or use mobile data. Same thing with the broadband.
Seems like a general issue with Three. Everyone lost all their credits way before it’s official expiry date. +100€ for me. hope they sort the issue soon and credit us back
Toped by 20 euro on 8th March and today my all mobile data gone waiting 2 hours on the chat for nothing
Same here, topped up 5 days ago, got a message saying my balance is low, checked My3 and they’ve taken all my credit and it’s like they’ve ended my plan. Also was on the live chat and they’re completely ignoring customers, my partner is in the same boat
My whole family 20 euro plan also vanished out of thin air. When will problem be addressed.
