The seller denied transit damage, and Amazon’s internal team dismissed my complaint. No replacement. No refund. Then when I escalated it, they changed the story completely. Suddenly, I was being accused of policy violations and warned for behavior I never committed.

@amazonIN What’s more troubling is that the tracking number provided (via DTDC) appears to be false or invalid, as it shows no movement or status update. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. As an Amazon Prime member, I expected better service and transparency.

@venkat_fin9 @amazonIN I had a similar Experience the issue is that Amozon does not vouch for the suppliers quality and the customers service will not own on quality issues. You should Avoid buying expensive goods and you need to review the suplier also in case you used Amazon.

But I had shown them item pick up status in amazon website and clearly it was written that , carrier did not come for pick up.

In past 6 months I have ordered over 100 items from Amazon including expensive OLED TV, leather sofa and an AC on the way for delivery on 22nd. Not a single time I had any issue except 1 item sent wrong and they immediately addressed and fixed it

@HaulAmazon Unbelievably poor service. My package was due on the 9th of May by 8 PM. At 6 PM on the 8th I got a message saying it was delayed until the 20th. It's been sitting in LAX customs since the 8th with no movement. Amazon, really poor showing.
