You have become so bad with your patchy solutions that there are 10 services done in last 30 days in my area @ Nashik, Maharashtra. WiFi is off from 1:30pm afternoon, now 9h done yet no resolution. You assure fix in 5-6 hrs. With 10 services done already this month, it shouldn't take this long. Support section on Airtel app is only delaying (extending) the required time for resolution. I am sure your team has not even reached the site for resolution just because its Sunday!! I won't recommend Airtel Xtreme to anyone!!
