@Flipkart Absolutely pathetic service. Bought a ₹11–12k GTP Player gaming chair and it became defective within months. Your team promised replacement with technician dismantle and pickup, confirmed multiple times. Today the pickup guy refused and now support says there’s a “system error”

Don’t buy extra add-on insurance on Flipkart. The provider, Jeeves Protect, is not responsive. It has been more than two months with no resolution, and they only send automated replies saying it will take 2 more days due to technical issues. @Flipkart#flipkart @flipkartsupport

These handling fees should be imposed on the delivery partner, as they failed to fulfil the order correctly. Why should a customer be charged for an issue that was not caused by them? @Flipkart @FlipkartStories
I struggled to get the laptop delivery from useless Ekart service of flipkart. Shipped a defective product, now struggling with replacement. @flipkartsupport @jagograhakjago
