I am unable to use HDFC app for the past 3 months and the HelpCentre is giving excuses and not allowing to let know the real reason for this issue. I have an NRE/NRO account from Australia and call centre agents are least bothered to give an exact reason for this issue and sending standard email like looking into the issue. I don't know if the problem is with HDFC bank or with the staff. Planning to close this account with HDFC as soon as land in India. Disgusting experience.

@NipponIndiaMF your website is non user friendly. I opened SIP. No way to create user ID and after clicking on 1 or 2 menu options, the website locks and I can login only after few hours. No browser threading or bot action at my side. I don’t have issues with HDFC or Franklin

On one hand @HDFC_Bank says their app is 'early access' and on the other, it forces users to upgrade to the latest one. The app looks like a poorly designed/engineered one. You'd loose yourself in it finding what is needed.Anyone else having problems with HDFC Bank's new app?
