@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care from past one week my UPI and imobile services have stopped for which I have raised the complaint to the phone banking team for at least 4 times but still no resolution neither the executive are trained to handle any situation nor they care.

@ICICIBank since yesterday I am not able to use mobile app or use internet banking services. When I visited the branch I am told that the “Digital consent “ has to be updated. Why this sudden issues for a customer who has been using internet banking for over 2 decades? Any SLA’s?

@ICICIBank I want to close my credit card. Your customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. You gave me a final amount to pay for closure, I cleared it, and still a new bill was generated. Executives don’t understand the issue and even disconnected the call midway. Unaccepta
