I recently created a new Instagram account and am currently unable to log in due to an issue with the additional verification step. The app is asking me to add a mobile number or WhatsApp number for extra verification. Although I enter the correct verification code, the interface does not proceed to the next step and remains stuck on the same screen. I have been unable to log in for over an hour despite multiple attempts. The page does not refresh, move forward, or display any error message, which suggests a technical or server-side issue rather than an input error on my end.

I’m facing an issue where every reel shared in DM shows ‘Sorry, this content isn’t available right now’ on the Instagram web version. I’ve tested this on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and even the Instagram app from the Microsoft Store — the same problem happens everywhere. Reels work fine on my phone though, so it looks like a web-side issue. Anyone else facing this?

Guysss my problem is resolved.. i submitted my complaint in this comment section 2 days ago. And after trying so many troubleshooting ways, today finally new update is available at play store & when I updated my insta is back normal, all posts are visible now.. you guys should also check if your new update arrived or not.

Actually, after reactivating my account yesterday, Instagram is acting weird — my notes aren’t visible to anybody, I’m not getting messages in my inbox (only seeing them through notifications), and even the timestamps are messed up — like if I message someone 1 minute ago, it shows 13 minutes ago

I can't receive new messages, can't view older ones. first I wasn't able to upload a story so i updated my insta and then was able to upload. but what about the texts now I left the beta program, cleaned up storage, started my phone multiple times, changed network, tried the force stop thingy and cleared cache. but nothing is working

This is all because of beta tester. Just leave from beta tester as i mentioned above the steps to leave from beta tester.

It's working for me.. it's a quick way to fix this problem 👇 To leave the Instagram beta and get the stable version, open Google Play Store → Instagram, scroll down to “You’re a beta tester” and tap Leave Beta. Then uninstall Instagram from your phone. After that, go back to the Play Store, reinstall Instagram, and you’ll have the stable, glitch-free version. Your account and data will remain safe.

Guys it's working for me. Just go to play store and type Instagram, you will find below the install button about beta tester, just remove yourself from beta tester and update the app or uninstall and reinstall again and see if it's working.. I'm sure it will work.
