@JioCare Please see the message I received which talks about contractual obligations with service provider and asking me to contact the service provider. I understand you miserably fail in resolving customers’ concerns but don’t you even read properly before replying like a bot?

I am facing network issue from last 1-2years in my locality, i have complaint several times but no resolution yet.Everytime they are ready to apologise with your slow network service but not received a proper solution yet! @reliancejio @JioCare
