#icicibank @ICICIBank I hold a Coral Rupay credit card. I do not get my statements on time. When I call up the customer care team, I am told that there is a server issue! Even reaching the customer care team is a pain in the neck. Kindly stop taking customers for granted!

@KotakCares Hi team, Kotak Rupay card has not been functioning for the last two months. We are unable to use the card for UPI payments. It always gives an error - Incorrect Pin. Spoke to Customer Representatives and they said it's a global issue & will be resolved by Week 2 oct.

What's the point of introducing Rupay cards if it's not working outside India. I have 2 atm rupay cards but it's not working here in Kazakhstan. Have to shift back to VISA or MasterCard. Very disappointed @RuPay_npci @NPCI_BHIM @FinMinIndia

@myBESTBus @RuPay_npci Now, while returning from Marol to Ghatkopar at night between 21:00 - 23:30, tapping the rupay NCMC card to get the ticket just doesn't work. Simply never works. I have been going for 6 months now. Kindly see what's wrong with the system.

@SBICard_Connect As mentioned the rupay Transaction are happening on only those application where the card was linked before this issue. But now on any app the card is not getting found for upi linking. Shared screenshot of 4 diffrent apps as mentioned by you.

@HDFC_Bank hi team my rupay credit card pin is not working even though I called customer care and reset the pin but still it shows no of pin tries exceeding.

@RuPay_npci Hi there... why can't I login on the rupay website with my Bank of India Rupay Platinum Debit card.... although BOI does issues Rupay Platinum Debit cards... there's no option to login on the rupay site with that card... on the other hand... Continue...1/2

@AxisBank recently tookyour rupay paid card. Transaction declined due to insufficient limit even with sufficient balance. Tried again same error. Your CS said soft blocked due to technical error. App says all fine, cs says wait 2 hrs, then 48 hrs. Pathetic experience. Fix it.
