Same problem is with their statement page. The dropdown option for "Format" which is again a mandatory field is not showing any options, causing no statements to be downloaded from SBI Internet Banking.

When a user try to make a payment to either of their own SBI accounts or other accounts outside SBI using the Internet Banking of so called new interface with Yono branding, the "Purpose" dropdown in the "Payments" section is not showing any options and not allowing user to select or type anything. Due to this, and Purpose being a mandatory field, user is not even able to click on Proceed button and hence not able to make any payments or transfers.

@SBICard_Connect Simply Replying “We shared all necessary info” DOES NOT befit a quality customer service. Mr. Anup did promise that he would detail all info in a private message. And then replying “We shared” is outright a poor service from SBI. KINDLY SHARE EXACT DETAILS IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE.

@OfficialSBICare I visited my local Cyber Cell as SBI advised. They clearly said they cannot act because the complaint was filed in Kerala, not my state. SBI is repeatedly telling me to contact cyber cell but not giving any details of the Kerala Cyber Cell who issued the hold. they said go keral

Despite crediting funds several hours before an outward cheque was presented for clearing @TheOfficialSBI has dishonoured my cheque with reason "insufficient balance" and recovered 590 penalty. How is it a fair trade practise? Who else has faced similar problem with SBI?

@OfficialSBICare Instead of us taking a screenshot and sending it, try to directly contact them, as there are many blind employees working in SBI.Based on their feedback, you can decide whether YONO SBI Talkback supports them or not and take appropriate action to update them as soon as possible.

@AshwiniBhide elevators and escalators consistently not working, atleast at BKC/Cuffe. SBI is the worst, credit of recharge is not reflecting and to update each recharge is baffling in 2025. Customer care is clueless. Please help.
