Yesterday i did a Upi payment to a wrong beneficiary of Rs 400 After that i did a complaint on my kotak bank customer care they disconnected the call after engaging me 15 mins. Then i also mailed them but no response was there Not an acceptable service @KotakBankLtd @NPCI_NPCI

@nixxin I was getting the same error lately but only when the mode of payment was UPI. Payments for a lot of subscriptions defaulted. Had to manually change all modes of payments to cards. It worked.

@UTIPANServices, I need urgent help regarding a duplicate payment issue while applying for a PAN card reprint. I was charged twice (₹50 + ₹50) because the portal kept showing “payment pending” after the first successful UPI payment. The system only recorded the second payment.

@TheJupiterApp I raised a complaint Ticket no 4590254 regarding Reward on UPI payment through Pot balance on 10 Nov 25 but still #JUPITER support team not resolve my problem. If jupiter not able to solve a silly issue in 15 days than my suggestion don't run the banking facility
