Users of Videocon d2h: if you have crashed your RMN then this service provider has no way to change it online. Their Mobile App doesn't help you. Better TRAI looks into this.

@VideoconMS Sold Videocon refrigerator to one of my customers. It hasn't been working for more than a month now. Raised complaint with the customer care thrice to only hear from them - "a technician is allocated. He will contact you soon". No one contacted. Bill is attached.

@Anirban12Mandal @MilesCardHack7 You are wrong sir, IFB is an Indian Brand, maintenance cost is higher as compared to others. Secondly the service desk tries to sell you multiple accessories along with the machine, while visiting for demo, Sir I have IFB, LG. I tried videocon, I tried Haier washing machine.
