@teams0phie yesterday. I changed the phone’s clock settings first. Then logged out of the Fitbit app, then closed the app. Then rebooted the phone. Then opened the app and logged back in. It’s not worked for me before, but did yesterday! -

@FitbitSupport I’m trying to update my Versa 3 with the firmware that will precent the battery from overheating. The Fitbit is 100% charged but I keep getting error messages that there’s not enough charge to complete the update. Help, please! -
@FitbitSupport Fitbit products are substandard and the battery gets drained out with a year service or more, just after the warranty period. Request all prospective customers to avoid fitbit products. -

@FitbitSupport Why can't @fitbit fix its GPS tracking issues with the iPhone fitbit app? It's like the app stops tracking when the phone goes to sleep. My app is updated and location services are set to "always on". This has been a problem for too long now. -

Why do fitbit products die exactly after 1 year? Why no discounts offered for affected users in India? Why are there no repair centers? We cannot spend our hard earned money in buying your products and they exactly stop working after a year even when they are hardly used? -

@FitbitSupport hi, my Fitbit Charge 4 seems to have an issue with sleep start and finish times, these changed by 1 hour due to time change last night. If I try to reset them, I can’t, it is thrown out by 3 hours, ie wake up 0600 becomes 0300. Is this a reported issue? Thanks -

@CallowStella @FitbitSupport Stella, it's very frustrating. I did a factory reset on my fitbit because of this which then rendered it useless with a big red cross saying it needs to be synded! I have now bought a new one which is unable to connect. I wish Fitbi would publicly announce that there's an issue!

@javonevansx @Tesla Exactly. But why not rip off roomba’s design and weather proof it? Charging pads that make physical contact. Or make it like Fitbit with the charging pad but make it so it doesn’t use permanent magnets to connect but instead electro magnets. This way it can self disconnect. -

@FitbitSupport good morning, is it normal for your products to stop working after less than two years? This is the third fitbit I have had and all 3 have either been recalled or stopped working within 2 years. My current product claims to be fully charged but lasts 20 minutes?!?! -
