@Runix25 @NOTimothyLottes Consider, for example, previous versions of MS Office being fairly complete products. Office 365 is what users are now forced into using. Slower, buggier, network bound, actively spies on users, more expensive over term, etc. Objectively worse as time moves forward.

It appears that Azure and Office365 are experiencing an outage. It's unfortunate that they let go of their engineers, opting instead for H1B visa holders and outsourcing to India. In reality, Microsoft’s performance has been slipping for some time now.

@MSFTCopilot Microsoft 365 Copilot costumers are not happy. It’s broken product. I know that from my experience working on implementations. You people’s have to start hard working on this because companies will start to give up. Also start to respect paying customers. You are moving to slow.

@EddieTrunk @ScottDorn628511 I work in IT and look after over 200 servers and PCs. I’ve had multiple PCs running windows 11 and Office 365 have the same issue. Haven’t found a fix yet besides rebooting.

@holman1124 1 good feature about Samsung is that their Samsung Mail allows you to sort mail alphabetically by sender which would otherwise require dragging a laptop with you and using either Office 365 subscription with Outlook or Mac Mail which is exclusive to Mac.

@Bogenrim IT can't (won't?) help because it's a known issue for which they have no solution. Sometimes MS Teams just decides not to authenticate you, even though Outlook, and the rest of Office 365, all of which use the same credentials, and interact with each other, are just fine.

I don't mind the industry-wide push for AI/LLM tools, as in the right context, they are useful. I do mind inflated prices of existing services, e.g., Microsoft 365. Is AI an expensive feature? Not my problem, make it an optional add-on, or I drop that service like a hot potato.
