Expertise Golan (e.g.) glove all golan gloves are then at that level, same for named and exotic ones. St Elmos (e.g.) expertised to 28 all in stash characters or rewarded are 28.

@TheDivisionGame Please explain why after 4/15/25 update the NPC’s are self healing. Get their health back while reloading my gun. Is this a glitch? Because if it’s intentional it is not enjoyable at all!
