ERR_GFX_STATE is a @RockstarGames issue, not a system issue. Long story short? They have failed, once again, and have paid hundreds of thousands, if not millions in damage control, which is ultimately the people who try to interject by saying it's a system issue.

Hey @RockstarSupport gta 5 on pc has this wierd audio glitch. Sometimes you hear the tires and most times you don't. Hasn't been like that ever . Once this last update came out it keeps happening

Rockstar Support has to be the worst in history! None of this so-called "support" is actually trying to help me. It's unbelievable that a company this big in the gaming industry can't even send a proper response that addresses my issue. Only bot messages! @RockstarGames

@berkayaltin__ @RockstarGames If they ever replied they would just send you this have you tried resetting cache by holding L1 + R1 to see if that helps fix the problem xD try submit a ticket to them you’ll understand.

@RockstarSupport Hello! I've encountered an issue with GTA 5 online on Xbox One. When you first log into the game and request the Kosatka, it says it's been sent to an area near you, but when you look at the map, it doesn't show that it's in the water and that it's in your car.

@DarkXion420 @project_vice Doesn’t work like that either, T2 will not report on a delay in anyway shape or form. It will come directly from Rockstargames. T2 will continue to spin investors until Rockstargames says something. They don’t announce anything..
